Coaching increases the flexibility of my clients. Together we analyse our own leadership situations and look for alternative ways of behaving. I value clients who want to grow personally, who are energetic. I bring honesty, empathy, eye level, 25 years of management consulting and a large toolbox. Current focus areas are emotional leadership, building trust, stakeholder management, self-management, empowerment, delegation, senior and confident behaviour.

I work as an executive coach and team developer with a focus on personal development in the area of leadership in the broader sense. I have made leadership under diversity aspects my speciality. After successful projects in the field of age and gender diversity, I founded a start-up together with her daughter in Amsterdam in 2017. AboutGenZ promotes dialogue between generations in the professional environment.
