WHAT I STAND FOR

As a long-standing human resources and organisational developer, the focus of my work is to strengthen and develop people in their potential.

The combination of being a pedagogue/adult educator, systemic consultant and theatre pedagogue as well as my wealth of experience from more than twenty years as a personnel and organisational developer, consultant, trainer and coach enable me to understand and support people in their entire facet (strengths and weaknesses).

For me, my profession is a vocation in which I meet people with my positive attitude and support and develop them in terms of their potential and talent. Through my open manner I manage to get people to open up to themselves and to others and to strengthen them so that they grow beyond their limits and leave their comfort zone.
