As a coach, I support companies in the development and implementation of strategic positioning and transformation projects with a focus on cultural development and attitude change - “Mindset Matters”.
I coach individuals in the area of personal development. This can involve, for example, career and life issues, the development of leadership skills as well as orientation, goal setting and decision-making.
The pillars of my work are the systemic coaching approach and positive psychology.
In many cases, I recommend a strong, listening-based analysis, mindset mapping, as the basis for strategy development, consulting and coaching.
