WHAT I STAND FOR
As a systemic coach with a B.Sc. in psychology, I accompany my clients to develop productive and sustainable solutions and to initiate change with joy, fun and courage. My international background, the different countries and cultures in which I have lived, have fueled my curiosity for the people around me and their stories. Each person is fascinating in their uniqueness.
For me, the basis for a successful partnership at eye level between client and coach is based on transparent communication and clearly set goals, the strengthening of self-awareness, as well as insights from Positive Psychology and my own experience of effectiveness.
My deep-rooted interest in people, together with validated methods of systematic coaching and my psychological expertise form the basis of my work.
EDUCATION

Content Manager (onesome): developing digital coaching content and methods for one-on-one coaching sessions, and designing and leading kickoffs, community sessions, and workshops.

Group Leader Insight NGO in Kiev. Founded and led support groups for members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Kyiv/Ukraine. Helping people to help themselves, establishing a safe space and community building. Individual coaching of at-risk members.

Opera and concert singing. International freelance work as a soloist (tenor) in opera, concert and song.
