The combination of Systemic Business Coaching, visits to over 100 countries of different cultures, diverse experiences from almost twenty years as an entrepreneur and an international career have shown me: what seemed unimaginable yesterday could already be possible today. As a systemic business coach, my holistic coaching methodology accompanies individuals and teams in their personality development, conflict resolution, decision-making, burnout prevention and leadership development.

With my many years experience as founder, shareholder and first violinist of the ECHO Klassik winning ensemble “Salut Salon“, I coach my clients on presence, elocution and stage fright and design storytelling concepts.
